Sydney IT is a small, hands-on team that looks after the technology behind Sydney's small businesses — the cafés, trades, clinics and offices that just need things to work, and someone to call when they don't.
We started Sydney IT for a simple reason: too many small businesses get treated like a ticket number. You ring up, you wait on hold, you explain your problem three times, and a stranger reads from a script. We do the opposite — you get one local person who learns your setup and picks up when you call.
Sydney IT is the local arm of Alien IT Solutions — the same hands-on team, focused on small Sydney businesses. That means proper experience behind the friendly local service: real infrastructure, real know-how, and someone who's seen your kind of problem before.
We're plain-spoken on purpose. We'll tell you what's wrong, what your options are, and what it'll cost — in words that make sense — before we touch anything. If something isn't worth doing, we'll say so.
