How fast do you respond?
You reach a real local person, not a queue. Most things we sort the same business day, and a lot of it remotely within the hour. If it's urgent and on-site, we're Sydney-based and on the road daily.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Managed support is month to month with no lock-in. You stay because it's working, not because a contract traps you.
What if I only need help now and then?
That's fine too. If a monthly plan isn't right for you yet, we can help on an ad-hoc, hourly basis — just give us a call.
