Good to know
Doesn't Microsoft back up my email for me?
No — that's a common and costly assumption. Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering deleted or lost mail is on you. We cover it properly.
How do I know the backup will actually work?
Because we test restores regularly, rather than just hoping. An untested backup isn't really a backup.
What about ransomware?
We keep separate, off-site copies that ransomware can't reach, so even in a bad day you've got clean data to come back to.
